The Fig Tree has a fully licensed bar that offers a wide range of wines, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. We have recently reviewed and extended our list which now offers an outstanding range of over 80 different wines.

Jason Brown - Restaurant and Bar Manager
Jason has been with the restaurant since we opened. He has worked in top class hotels and restaurants all over the world including The Savoy and Claridges. He was assistant restaurant manager under Marco Pierre White at his restaurant in the five star flagship St David’s Hotel in Cardiff Bay.

Our wine list offers a large range of world wines; each individually selected to ensure the highest possible quality.
As well as our extensive wine list, The Fig Tree Restaurant also has a fully licensed bar with a wide selection of spirits, champagnes and port. As well as San Miguel and Brain’s Smooth on draught we stock a number of bottled beers. Casks of real ale can be supplied for special parties, weddings etc.
Soft drinks and fruit juices are also available.
